Shipping and Policies

Shipping: 

After each order our team is working very hard to pack and ship out each and every order the right way. Usually once the order is placed it takes 7-12 days to ship out and up to 2-3 days to arrive to the residents. Our (tracking tab) let's you keep up with your pack as soon as it leaves so feel free to keep up with your purchase(s). 

 

If your order takes more than 15 days (without us sending you a notice) to ship you automatically receive a free 'Crooked Life T-Shirt'. If it takes more than 22 days to ship you receive a free 'T-shirt & Hoodie'. Anything pass 25 you will receive both 'T-shirt & Hoodie' and half off on entire order.

(If you rather have a refund instead we will send your refund back within 1-3 business days)

* We are not responsible for items once they are in there in the carriers possession. You must call down to where the package was ship from and take up the issue with personnel. But if you need us to verify your package # and/or the condition of the original package please feel free to contact us. *
