Refund

How our refund work: 

First of all we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope we can make it up to you. But if not, you have up to 15 days to return the item(s). Please contact us with the issue beforehand so that we can be aware of the problem and ready to fix it. Once the package has arrived back to the store we will send you a confirmation email and refund to the bank account (bank card) that the purchase original came from. If you would like a size change just contact us the same way, send us the package back packed in the bag and we'll send the right sized back after we receive the original package. You only have 7 days to send package back to exchange size (unworn).

Holiday weeks are the ONLY exceptions.
